Return and Refund Policy

We’re here to ensure every return or refund feels as effortless and thoughtful as the pieces you choose.
Returning an Item
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all labels, tags, and original packaging intact.
Once approved, a prepaid return label will be issued, valid for 7 days.
Returns not shipped within that window will no longer be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the special nature of certain pieces, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Limited-time or event-specific pieces returned after the occasion date
Items That Arrive Damaged or Incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For approved cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the item is inspected.
After 7 days, we are unable to process claims for refunds or store credit.
Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind about a purchase, we’re still happy to assist.
- Refunds for change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit.
- We offer free return shipping for your first change-of-mind return.
Undeliverable or Refused Orders
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery are not eligible for refunds.
In select cases, store credit may be offered, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To find the perfect piece, simply return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives defective, damage or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive your return label and instructions.
- Send your item back within 7 days using the label provided.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 1–3 business days.
